FST Faculty and Students Honored
During CASNR Awards Banquet

The College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources
held its 44th Annual Scholarships and Awards Banquet on April 6 in Hollingsworth
Auditorium.
Dr.
Lana Zivanovic was recognized with the W.F. and Golda Moss Outstanding
Teaching Award for a faculty member with less than 10 years of service.
The award is presented to an outstanding faculty member who has demonstrated
excellence in teaching. Faculty are nominated by student organizations,
and selection of the recipient is made by a student/faculty committee.
Dr. Zivanovic was nominated for the award by the Food Science Club.
Dr.
David Golden was presented a special award, The Writer's Cramp Award,
by the CASNR Student Council "in recognition of writing letters of
recommendation for nearly one-third of the student award nominees."
Several FST students also were recipients of awards and
scholarships. The award winners are as follows:
